Why is the registration closed for people who want to create new accounts.
I used to love this website. It was a great way to escape and express.
I had to dig deep to be able to remember my old log in just so I can read threads on the site.
So much nostalgia here.

To be honest these sites are kinda all dead now, they are the thing of the past
I started doing this stuff wayy back in 98' when you would get like 10k people online a day easy
but thing is these days most people if they want to do music just platform it ie YouTube Spotify etc
so many ways to get it out, the writing lyrics part like this is a thing of the past
content is so easy to create, mix and everything, back when I was first doing it you would either pay for studio time
or you would need 5k worth of gear to get a good quality track and videos expensive as fuk
mobiles etc have moved on with quality and other stuff is going on
plus kids these days have so many options they all on tiktok an shit
thats my views on it all, maybe wrong but Im sure there some truth to it
nah you 100% spot on especially with how populated the boards used to be vs where young’ns spend their time now. it’s all about instant gratification - emoji reaction - off to the next thrill. takes a different kinda person to wanna type some shit out on a forum if you never grew up with that as an option & hopped straight into consuming video vine type short attention span content.
What if it was a guaranteed hit though promised to be shown to professionals? I say re evolutionizr and make it a scouting site and air drive for a 9:99 app fee!

this site was a fukn gem back in the day for the mediafire n rapid share links or whatever they were. that at some point stopped but none the less i have a slappin mp3 collection because of it.
