if SyaNidal doesn't drop another piece about himself and goes in here then I think he'll win it.. although Ink is definitely slept on and could easily contend against Sya here.. good matchup if it comes out right.

Dagel just got a loss, I think he'll be hungry for a win this week while Scientific might still be messin' with different styles.

Topic (3-1) vs. Baron P (3-4)
I'm a fan of both these dudes but Baron just has that unique, intriguing style... where as Topic usually goes with a more typical and safe route in his writing. could be good.

Brandon (3-2) vs. Grimreapa (3-3)
Grim will put up a fight and impress us by stepping up his game, but I think brandon will try a little harder than he has been this week..

Deadpool (2-1) vs. Lyrisic (1-2)
dunno, I'm a big fan of this dude's concepts lately and I think that if he perfects his execution he'll be a bigger force in this season and the others to come. Deadpool could step his game up as well though... who knows.

Kal-El (1-1) vs. Mindless (0-0)
I haven't really seen a lot from Kal, but I can't really recall any topical pieces from Mindless because I really haven't seen him write in a while.. so I think Mind'll be rusty and Kal will be getting in a groove...

Tim (9-2) vs. Soulstice (6-3) - basing this off of this past week. Soulstice dropped pure flames. if he stays on par then Tim has really got his work cut out for him. i'm predicting Soul for the upset.
Cry (7-4) vs. Quotient (3-1) - can't wait for this. i was looking forward to this when i signed up. no offense to anyone else of course. good luck man. i'ma try to bring my A game.
Blacketh (9-2) vs. Tactixx (6-2) - if he shows he'll win.
Bobericc (6-4) vs. White-Winter (5-4) - i think he'll be hungry to get a rematch for the champ spot. but white-winter is a sleeper. he always comes creative. should be a good one.
SyaNidal (6-5) vs. Ink Edible (5-4) - calling Ink for the 2nd upset. he's a def sleeper. he's just so damn inconsistent.
Cheshire (4-4) vs. Scientific (4-7) - i think he'll drop much stronger this week and will def want to have a winning record.
Topic (3-1) vs. Baron P (3-4) - i'm a fan of this guy's work. and i know Baron's record does not reflect his level of skill. should be a good one. could go either way. i'ma go with Topic for the prediction.
Brandon (3-2) vs. Grimreapa (3-3) - Grim is improving but i just don't see him beating Brandon. but hey.. anything can happen.
Deadpool (2-1) vs. Lyrisic (1-2) - he impresses me more and more with each drop. last upset this week. for some reason i think he'll pull it out. he is always creative just is working on how to execute.
Kal-El (1-1) vs. Mindless (0-0) - i honestly don't know if i've ever read a piece from Mindless. Kal drops pretty nice though from what i've seen. i hope this turns out to be a dope battle.

I like soulstice in this one but it's totally a toss up Tim can come with some fiyah consistently but i think he's going to need to step it up for this match.

This is a situation of taste for me. Quo's still just appeals to me so much that even when he doesn't try the shit comes off as blazing to me, a sliky smooth flow with the best word choice i think in the league. But like the other battle it wouldn't surprise me if cry came up with the win

The former champ losing 2 times in a row gets his form back
