Yeah so I gave in and downloaded the album the other night and listened through. A lot of people have hyped up this guy since Yonkers first came out (see that thread comparing OFWGKTA to Wu-Tang) so I decided to give his shit a chance.

I actually liked a majority of it. It's not my typical music, I definatley can't bump it all the time but the guy has some clever lines and shit. I wouldn't hail him as the next best rapper or anything, and there are some things I probably would have done different if I were him but it's aight.

Anybody else listen to it? The album's official release date is tomorrow.

I'm not a huge fan of his whole style but I can respect how good he is. The album actually is pretty damn good to be honest, I'm not finished with the whole album but I'm a bit past half way and I'd say so far I'm really impressed. I still wouldn't really listen to him a lot though, weird shit he talks about sometimes.

I think it's a solid album.

I like a good handful of songs.

Plus I feel he held his ground with this album, people were really expecting a lot from it. Very much a "make or break" scenario.

I think Bastard was a bit better though.
