My grandmother recently passed and we are selling here house. Poppa Dukes was looking at an appraisal or something on the house on 1971. It would have been sold for $17,000. They have now just closed a deal on the house selling it for $1.1 Million. I realize, well actually, I realize nothing. Holy shit. What a difference in 34 years. Just 4 years ago they were contemplating selling it for $125,000; because they thought the market was good! I just can't believe real estate.
