Actually his is better man no offense, his isn't overly contrasted and his font isn't too bad it could be blended better. But you should work on blending your stock better with the background.

I dunno, i can see where Lat came from with the stock/background thing.. But on a non-biased note i would be more likely to prefer mine to Wittys..

I think its because the dude doesnt match the bg in anyway - i hate that.
Or it might be because it looks kinda weird in the sense that he hasnt blended the text well, and to me the perspectives of the sig and the stock dont match.

Compromise: Witty sticks to his gorilla sig and ill stick to mine
