Edinburgh producer Brelstaff who recently dropped a new joint with Fashawn releases "Urban Testimony [The Instrumentals]" on April 28th. The 10 track mix of lofi hip hop, chilled beats and ambient electronica is the pre-cursor to the full vocal version, a collaborative project with Brooklyn rapper Justo the MC, which is due out in the autumn.
