Stay in shape by putting work in, man. Getting a lean and aesthetic physique requires a lot of work. Almost like a full time job. Takes a lot of physical and mental strength to achieve w/e goals you set out for yourself.
You could get away with just looking bulky stuck around the 15/20% fat range, or you can man up and work and remain below 10%.
