Yoooooooooooooooooooo this shit was FIRE BRUH!! whole shit was felt, every lyric - but fam straight sNApped on that 2nd verse especially when that “lovers turn to enemies” scheme started & that sample was done riiiiiight…

i’m a huge advocate for niggas pouring they pain out on track & when done right, even the most local unknown emcee could go viral & i feel like with the right exposure, this track would smash on tiktok, especially with that hook & the easy to follow delivery, but i digress..

that wasn’t even my original point.. with all the violence & abuse prevalent in our culture, the best median is truly to express the pain we feel as men through a craft. a lot of niggas think it’s soft to show emotion on track, or talk about a failed relationship as opposed to talking about how bitches ain’t shit, but i find it to be the opposite. for me, bitches not amounting to shit is the norm.. exploring why is the exception, and tracks like this speak to the feelings of niggas who can’t express that but experienced the exact same circumstances.
