Top prize: $200

Other prizes include:

-Professional NYC-based studio track mixing & mastering

-Exclusive instrumentals from Hood Threat Records & others

-More prizes to be won in cyphers & side missions throughout the tournament

Sign ups are open until early July, match ups will be announced shortly after.

The first round will be an exhibition round to give people a chance to iron out any kinks with recording & uploading audio. After that we'll get straight into the double elimination tourney and start putting up cyphers etc

Recommended upload formats:
-Youtube (audio only, a background image is fine but no video footage)
-Soundcloud
-Vocaroo
-Basically any audio streaming platform that ideally doesn't require sign up for listeners to hear it.
-If you're struggling you can upload your audio somewhere like wetransfer.com & send me the link & I'll sort it out

The tournament is a concerted effort with support from some solid individuals:

A driving force behind getting the tourney moving & is the NYC-based studio offering track mixing and mastering as a prize.

RBHFLM Radio:

Their shows can be found on podbean & they'll be hosting one battle live per week for the duration of the tournament. https://rbhfradiorl.podbean.com/ it's worth a listen back to the battles they've had on there in the past.

Well established being founded in 2017. They've offered up instrumentals as prizes & they've got a catalogue of bangers, check their YT https://www.youtube.com/c/hoodthreatrecords%E2%86%A9 & I think they're HoodThreatRecords on insta, soundcloud etc too.

That would be me, everyone got paid out in the RW cash cyphers etc & I'm not the type to flake out so it's all good. The RW winners haven't yet been paid out since the finals still open for votes, you might've got a bit of grief in the chat from other people but I respect your opinion & would appreciate you voting on it if you get chance.
